WHAT IS THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY LEADERS NETWORK?
Plant Chicago’s Circular Economy Leaders Network brings Chicago-area small businesses together to cultivate local circular economies. A local circular economy is one that regenerates natural ecosystems, minimizes waste, and strives to distribute economic and social benefits equitably.
Any small business (20 employees and under) based in the Chicago area and interested in implementing circular economy practices is welcome to join. Potential members include established small businesses, early-stage entrepreneurs, home-based businesses, and independent contractors.

WHAT DO I NEED TO CONTRIBUTE?
Time: average of 1.5 hours per month to participate in workshops and networking events and one-on-one work Circular Economy project work
Information: information on your business’s events and offerings, plus data for specific research projects, like our annual Local Economic Impact Report
Suggested Contribution of $50 per business per year

Complete an introductory interview with Plant Chicago staff (circular economy project/goal ideas and monetary contribution will be discussed during interview)
